Remember, you can’t whine, complain or be petty at the same time.
Remember, whining, complaining and praise are all contagious.
The next time you’re feeling sorry for yourself and wanting someone else to notice and feel sorry for you…STOP, and give God some praise that things aren’t worse.
TURN YOUR PITY PARTY INTO A PRAISE PARTY!
It’s when you feel worse that praise is an actual sacrifice. You have to dig deep into your faith, confidence, trust and love for God and with the fruit of your lips praise Him in spite of __________.
Hebrews 13:15 (NKJV)
15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.

Oh, but we love to rejoice in our sorrow so much. Why change when we get the attention from our woes? Excellent post.

Praises opens the floodgates of heaven and moves the hand of God mightily. It’s not always easy to praise God when everything is falling apart but therein lies the victory. God inhabits the praises of his people.
Sometimes, I try to picture him dancing when I’m singing and see his his hands wipe my tears when I start to cry as I sing.
Wonderful post sir. Shalom!!
