(1)Teachers: (2)We (3)will (4)lighten (5)your (6)workload (7)and (8)increase (9)your (10)compensation (11)to (12)be (13)commensurate (14)to (15)your (16)expertise, (17)responsibility, (18)accountability, (19)and (20)legal (21)liability.
Even though the scripture below contextually applies to ministers, we should also consider it for those who teach our children…
1 Thessalonians 5:12-13 (NKJV)
12 And we urge you, brethren, (A)to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and [a]admonish you, 13 and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. (B)Be at peace among yourselves.
BE BLESSTIFIED!
The sad and more difficult part involves getting these kids some parents: parents are the single most leading indicator of success in school. You can’t get parents involved if parents dont live and operated together. Then again, this requires all to be subject to our Lord as intended from the beginning. Dont get me started with the gender arguments which I maintain tears down the family structure even more.
