My sweet little niece, Indya Claybrooks, has such a gentle and godly spirit…the kind of spirit you want to protect from all the evil in the world. Then, she let’s you know that God has already prepared her to handle it through Him.
She is just like her uncle and loves to write.
As we were sitting together she said, “Let me show you my poem I wrote a few months ago. It’s in the image above.
Pray that God protects our children from every evil influence that tries to get to their hearts.
Psalm 8:2
2 (A)Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants
You have [a]ordained strength,
Because of Your enemies,
That You may silence (B)the enemy and the avenger.
BE BLESSTIFIED!
This is beautiful and heartbreaking.

Please don’t take this wrong: I don’t like seeing whites imitating black “ghetto” culture. It just looks so fake! I think we should celebrate our cultures and share the foods but with dress and style let each person be proud of their culture if it is godly. Our skin color, our status in life are God-given and everyone needs to respect God’s sovereignty in the matter.
I used to think it was more of a cultural thing between the races until I read your niece’s realistic, thought-provoking poem. God bless her! She taught this ol’ lady a thing or two! Maybe I won’t have to wait until our Beloved’s Kingdom to see MLK’s Dream come true!
