This hand belongs go Gino. He sleeps under a tree outside the office in which I work. I, and other co-workers help him from time-to-time. We help him with some of his needs, and give him fellowship. He has never asked or begged for anything. Gino matters to God, so he should matter to us. He should matter to you. God told us, should matter to you. God told us in Mark 14:7, “For you always have the poor with you, and whenever you want, you can do good for them. But you will not always have me.” When we encounter those who need our help, God expects us to share His love. In fact, they are giving us an opportunity to be obedient and show His power in their lives. Sometimes they just want to be acknowledged as a person. I have talked to Gino, and he told me his story. Life happened and he is homeless. I feel comfortable helping him. But, even for those who have squandered opportunities, don’t be so arrogant to think that this could NEVER be you…or us.
I’m asking you to hold Gino’s hand in prayer. Pray that God continue to fill Him with His Holy Spirit, and continue to keep his faith and hope strong. Pray that God protects him, sustains his life and give him the ability to provide for his own needs. Pray that God performs a miracle in his life, and that his testimony is an inspiration to others. And, thank God for the abundance of life that you enjoy.
This is not a selfish attempt to get a response on social media. Gino is a believer in Jesus Christ and I want to help show him God’s power…to confirm His faith.

God knows what He looks like. God loves Him, now please help me show Him how much. I will show him the response.
