It can be annoying when someone who has hurt you never apologize and act as though they didn’t do anything.
But as time goes on you may notice that their behavior reflects they are sorry for what they did, even if they never apologize with their mouth.
If their behavior has changed and they don’t go back to thar dark place in their relationship with you, you’ve gotten something better than an apology… you’ve gotten repentance.
Forgive them.

13 (A)bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
