People will always ‘try you’. Your patience. Your good nature. Your faith.
People will make you want to react outside of God’s character.
And, when you do maintain God’s integrity it can make you feel weak and make them feel as though they have ‘won’.
So, the next time you want to tell them how you really feel, don’t react like Sherman Clump’s grandmother in the/blooper/credits after Eddie Murphy’s, “The Nutty Proffessor”.
Remember that Jesus let His enemies think they had won that day a little over 2000 years ago on the cross.
