Sometimes we may be…
Disappointed with God’s answer…
Hurt or confused by what He allows to happen…
Even, angry at His decision!
You might be upset that He did something for someone else that He didn’t do for you…
But,
We must ALWAYS still trust Him!
Job 13:15 (NKJV)
15 Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.
And,
We should NEVER blame Him or charge Him foolishly!
Job 1:22 (NKJV)
22 In all this Job did not sin nor charge God with wrong.

Amen! My attempts to blame God actually look a bit more like collapsing in hysterics and the foot of a King. God is amazingly kind to me about it, but sometimes I imagine Him rolling his eyes as if to say, “here she comes again.”
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Tough, tough verse to hang onto in the world sometimes, but He is faithful and worthy of our trust.

Job 13:15 is now one of my favorite verses in the Bible. But it took a LOT of kicking and screaming to get to this place!

I have no idea how I found your blog. But now I know it was the Lord who led me to it. I am amazed at how He speaks directly to me through some of your posts. Only the Lord knows the fiery trials He is allowing at the moment in my life and my first reaction to them (as detailed in your post not the blame or angry part) and my second reaction was screaming out Job 13:15 also in your post.
