YOUR HIDDEN TALENT (WHEN YOUR’E GOOD AT SOMETHING YOU HATE DOING…)

20160902_084426.jpg
You’re more talented than you or those around youmay think…it’s hidden, but still SOOOOO OBVIOUS!

So many people have jobs they don’t particularly like, or have burned out in a job they used to love. They have to work with people with whom they don’t click, don’t like or don’t like them.

They have to manage their lives with not enough money or resources…but yet they still MAKE IT HAPPEN EVERY DAY.

I think it’s a greater accomplishment to be great at what you hate than to flourish at what you love.

If that’s you, stop right now and give God a praise…HALLELUJAH!!!! God gives us everything we need that pertains to life and Godliness…

2 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)

As His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,

God gives you the ability to make it every day without losing your mind. Yes, you might lose your cool sometimes. Yes, you get discouraged sometimes, but you haven’t lost your mind.

Those who ARE fortunate enough to do what they love and get paid for it… Those who are blessed to click with everyone they have to deal with on a day-to-day basis…Those who are fortunate enough to pursue their passion daily…Stop right here and give God a praise…HALLELUJAH!!!!!

Then stop and say a sincere prayer for those who don’t.

BE BLESSTIFIED!

  1. geeze I was fortunate enough as an inner city teacher that all the ‘bad’ kids would gravitate around me. This was really great in some respects but it also meant i got the toughest kids, always and too, couldn’t get rid of them. They would skip other classes to be with me. I should be so lucky. Okay, I’m just kidding. I loved all of them and they knew it.

  2. An interesting thought bro 🙂 For nineteen years I did something I loved. Before that? Not so much!! In fact, when I was in catering I dreaded each day. HATED IT. But, it’s wonderful when we find our niche. Serving the frail elderly was my ministry. Good reminder to pray for those who aren’t happy in their work. Thank you 🙂

  3. Amen! I clean houses and I LOVE IT! God has definately allowed me a great job and a great platform to speak when HE moves me through His Holy Spirit! As you may know I formerly practiced catholicism…5 out of the 6 houses I now clean are for people that practice that religion. GOD IS GOOD! He opens the “door” quite a bit for me to say something when spoken too or a question arises. 🙂

On another note one of our boys that is going to college does not know what he wants to “be” or “do” . We have an agricultural business that he is NOT to interested in. He works there as a job but NOT a career. His biggest “fear” is getting into a career he “hates”.

Personally, for me, I believe that once we have been born again we can get through any job and the Good Lord will use us where we are. When ever my ladies tell me thank you and that I have done a good job, I tell them, “Thank God-not me-He is the One I work for” 🙂 I have a hard time when they thank “me” knowing the whole time I am asking God to make sure I do everything and even something they don’t see themselves 🙂 ALL GLORY TO GOD ❤

    GREAT POST!

  5. Wonderful encouragement! Ever since I was a young girl, I was always surrounded by books and I loved writing and I just knew that the library was my calling. I’m grateful to God that I got to do what I love after doing something that I didn’t love. Praises to Him! I wouldn’t have gotten there without Him and I’ll always be grateful. I also thank Him for bringing wonderful colleagues into my life over the years that I’ve been working at the library. Thank you for this post. God bless.
